RE: REQUEST LETTER FOR THE USE OF SAN IGNACIO DE LOYOLA CHURCH COURT

Dear Rev. Fr. Cadenas,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing on behalf of the Sangguniang
Kabataan of Barangay 22-A to formally request the use of the San Ignacio De Loyola Church court for
our upcoming Christmas league.

The Christmas League is an annual event that we organize to foster camaraderie, sportsmanship, and
unity among the youth in our barangay. This year, we are planning to hold the event from December 09
to 30 2023.

We believe that the San Ignacio De Loyola Church court, with its spacious and secure environment,
would be the perfect venue for our event. Rest assured, we will respect and adhere to all the rules and
regulations of the church. We will also take full responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and
orderliness of the court during our use.

We are hopeful for your positive response to our request. Your support would greatly contribute to the
success of our Christmas league and the development of our youth.
