Dear Ma’am,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is JOHN PHILIP LLANTO, one of the organizers
and a resident of San Jose Village, Barangay Atulayan Sur. I am writing to formally request
permission to use the MPAM Barangay Basketball Court for a community basketball event.

As an avid basketball enthusiast, I have been actively involved in organizing sports events
within our community to promote camaraderie, physical fitness, and a sense of belonging
among our fellow residents. This time, we are planning to hold a friendly basketball
tournament that will bring together individuals of all ages and backgrounds, fostering a spirit
of unity and healthy competition.

We have carefully chosen the date and time for the event to ensure it does not clash with
any other scheduled activities on the basketball court. Our proposed date for the tournament
is August 4, 2023, and we anticipate the event to last for approximately 4 hours every
scheduled game. We assure you that we will take all necessary measures to maintain the
cleanliness and orderliness of the court throughout the event.

Our team will be responsible for ensuring that the court is left in the same condition as we
found it, and we will take all necessary precautions to prevent any damage to the facility.
Additionally, we are prepared to comply with any specific guidelines or rules set forth by the
barangay regarding the usage of the basketball court.

We kindly request your approval to use the Barangay Basketball Court for our community
event. Your support in granting us access to this facility will greatly contribute to the success
of the tournament and leave a positive impact on our community members.
