Subject: Bukid Basketball Court Renovation

A Blessed Day to all of you, we wrote this letter to ask a permission to renovate the basketball court at
Bukid, Espeleta St. near Buli Elementary School. As we all know that site is the site where the first
basketball court of our Barangay. We all know that we have national emergency due to Covid19 Virus,
and we have a rule that we need to comply, and one of that rules is no playing of basketball or any sport
activities that have body to body contact. We ask this permission to renovate the basketball court is one
of the steps that we are doing to prepare when the time that our national government will allowed to
open all basketball court.

We also know that one the reason why that basketball court is closed and removed all the equipment is
because of the complain of the Principal of Buli Elementary School, our plan on that complain is we will
have a firm and concrete scheduled of playing on that court, Monday to Friday 6:00 AM up to 7:00 PM
there will be no game, court will be lock on the said time 7:00 PM up to 2:00 AM court will be open to all
and if there is class schedule on Saturday that rule my apply also. This said plan will have a separate
letter that we will give to the Principal Office of Buli Elementary School. We know this schedule plan is
difficult to implement if there is no one that will guard the said court, we will designate one person to
hold and keep safe of the key that person will be choose on the name listed below.

To give all of you an idea on this renovation, Basketball ring and board will be given by the Rotary Club
here in Muntinlupa as well as Rubberized Flooring Paint, the next plan if the basketball paint, Board and
ring is done, we will look for another sponsor or we will have fund raising activity to put lightning and
later on Roofing and Fence to enclose the said court and we will be glad if you will help us to build this
court.

Thank you and we hope that you will consider our request, this court will be a big help to all our youth
not only here in Bukid Espeleta Street but also all our youth here in Barangay Buli.
