Dearest Honorable Mayor Juris,

Greetings from KPES-CDC!

We are Happy and Thankful because little by little life is returning to normal, Especially with our 60
(sixty) students here who are always excited to go to school, that’s why there are things that we need to
prioritizes so that children can study well.

This School year 2022-2023 started with our classroom that was like an abandoned storage room, but
with the help of our dear Parents and Teachers, our Parents contributed funds to finance the renovation
of the classroom to make it susceptible for learning and have the face to face classes. Unfortunately the
funds we contribute was not enough to fix everything, we have discovered that the ceiling is leaking
because of broken roof.

Also there is another concern, the KPES- Learners with Special Needs (LSENs) Students are growing too
and they needed another room to use, they have come up with the idea that they will divide that room
we have renovated into 2 two classrooms so LSENs class can hold their classes there too. In this regard,
we are humbly asking for your generosity in aiding our financial need to pursue this project to buy the
materials we need and fixed the room for our learners.

We hope that your take this opportunity in consideration to support this project as your help will do so
much for our school and most of all for our students year after year another.
