OSJ Priests is planning Basketball as a sports activity that reflects on the message

After careful consideration, we have identified Ibaan Recto Gym as our preferred
venue for this occasion due to its physical features and facilities such as good lighting
and the like that align perfectly with basketball game requirements and will contribute
to the overall success of the event.

In light of the above, I kindly request your assistance in reserving the Ibaan Recto
Gym for our event on the specified date. Below are the specific details regarding our
reservation request:

Event Date: December 4, 2023

Event Time: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Estimated Number of Attendees: approx. 10 – 15 OSJ Priests
