Dear Prof. Rafal,

Courteously, the students of BSREM for 1st year to 4th year ask for your permission for conducting a
sports event for awareness of fitness and health on our department. The class officers and BS REM and
REMSO officers came up an event title “fREMship.” The said event will be held for four days from
November 28 and 29 and December 1 and 2 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. For this, we will need to use the
Campus Gymnasium 1.

This event is for every student who is willing to take part and who are good at sports. The said event aims
to engage in competitive activities, while promoting sound health, safety, and physical fitness.

Moreover, we are requesting to have our Department’s Christmas Party on December 3, 2022, from 6:00
PM to 9:00PM. For this, we will need to use the Campus Gymnasium 2.

We are looking for a positive response from your side. We shall be thankful!

ENDORSEMENT LETTER

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter to recommend the proposal events of BS REM students for a sports event on November 28 and 29 and
December 1 and 2 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at PCC Gymnasium.

This event will provide an opportunity for the students to showcase their talent in the sports field. Also, this will promote
camaraderie, and athleticism to strengthens teamwork; build character, and teaches respect, honor, and friendliness. This will also
train the students to promote good networking and socialization traits.

Furthermore, may I also respectfully firmly recommend to conduct the Christmas party of REM students, other guests, and
students from other programs that would like to join the said activity.

All events will invite PCC employees, professors under the department, and key officers to witness this momentous and
grandiose event.

Rest assured that no academic matter will be affected. Moreover, REMSO officers and BS REM student officers headed by Prof.
Ivy Jane Estrella volunteered to be part of the working group committee to organize the said event.
