Running production Post Pandemic situation like, covid-19, could prove a challenging situation. As
in my webinar recently (Reviving Production Post MCO using data analysis and monitoring), we
have shown you some challenges that we may face due to financial impact internally and cripple
of world economic in logistics, finance and foreclosure.

In this module, we would like to share with you how to run production under constraint resources
and what techniques we could use to identify waste, bottlenecks, thus, ensuring all available
resources are utilized to optimum and achieve our standard production target.
