SMARTPHONE IS BAD FOR KIDS

Most people have smartphones. In fact, everybody loves to play phone. Not only
adults, small children also like to play phone. They use it to watch YouTube, look at
cartoons, play games and play music. The rise of the use OP phone among young children,
gives negative highlights on them. Therefore, in my opinion, smartphone is bad for children.
First, smartphone is not good for children's physical health. Because, using a
smartphone will constantly interfere with the health of the body. In the eye section, the eyes
are continuously exposed to blue light radiation that can damage the eye. It can also develop
longer speech delay disorder as the screen time increases. Other problems, such as increased
weight due to lack of motion, and poor nutrition.
Second, smartphone effects children's psychological condition. They become addicted
and spoiled. May pose mental health problems and behavioral changes to depression.
Children can experience less sleep and less focus. Children can develop a variety of mental
problems, such as anxiety, loneliness, a sense of fear, self-isolation, and a change of Heart's.
Exposure to smartphones can also increase the risk of ADHD and autism in children. They
may also be aggressive and easily unturned if parents do not give them access using
smartphone access.
Many Parent's give their children smartphone to help then learn and play. They do it
because the are busy. However, it is not totally true. Because there is no monitoring of the
parents, the child will access which has not been as appropriate is seen. For the study room,
can utilize the official platform that is trusted to its effectiveness, with the record still there
are mentoring from parents. Although it is allowed to allow the smartphone to be used but
there must be a limit to its use.
In conclusion, giving smartphone to children is not good idea. Because many bad
impact that will be received by the young children. The downside is that there are two types,
the first of which impact on the child's physical, to the two impacts to the psychological. In
my opinion, if all parent's give their smartphone, they will be lazier.
