Mr. García,

Thank you very much for the information you sent me about the software’s price
list. As we have previously commented, we are a company that we
manufacture, we and distribute sanitary materials that help these professionals
(what professionals?) in the accomplishment of their work. We have fixed
wholesale sales and distribution sites so our products are present in virtually
every hospital nationwide. Considering our sales system for us it is essential to
control the sale and therefore we need your help. I would like to be able to ask
have a number of questions in order to be able to choose the software that best
suits our needs.

Could you send me the software data sheet where I can check the technical
description of computers and tablets? We need through the software you can
select the reports depending on your needs according to the time and if we can
make use of them in real time.
We also need training courses for our staff, as it is necessary to have staff
trained in the handling of these new technologies to correctly implement these
new measures that are used in sales. I wanted to know: how long would the
training last? How many weeks would it last? Is the price of the training included
in the budget?

We need to make the determination before the end of the month so I would
need the answer as soon as possible. I am available at any time for any
consultation. I want to thank you again for your attention and willingness at all
times.
