REFUND POLICY

The following is the refund policy as applicable to all Services provided by Super School
India (hereinafter referred to as ‘SSI’.

In general, Services once provided are not returnable and No refunds will be processed
or provided. A Service receiver will be eligible to receive refund only when:-

o The participant informs SSI at least one week in advance about his inability to
attend the event. The request shall be made in person in writing or through
email. No request will refund will be accepted after that.
o Full refund can be issued on the request of the participant in case of
cancellation of event or for circumstances beyond the control of the
organizers which may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of
the speakers and/or topic.
o Where SSI offers intangible irrevocable services, No refund request will be
entertained.
o No Refund request shall be accepted for donations.

In any case where a refund is required, the SSI will need to authorise and confirm the
refund amount subject to statutory deductions.

In Rare circumstances, there may be delay in crediting of the refund amount even after
it being processed by the SSI bank. In such case, you may have to contact your bank
for crediting the same to your account.

NOTE :- THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF THE COMPANY IS SUBJECT TO


FURTHER CHANGE WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INTIMATION.
