Terms and Conditions

I hereby declare that the above information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I
further agree that any false / misleading information given by me or suppression of any material
fact will result in withholding declining of the transaction of the Bank. I declare that any change
in the Tax Residency i.e. becoming FATCA reportable is intimated to the Bank within 30 days of
such change. I authorize the Bank to share my transaction details with regulatory / enforcement
authorities whenever such information is called for. I authorize the Branch official to update the
document details in the Bank records as per copies of documents submitted by me. The bank
official has explained to me the terms and conditions applicable for 811 Super programme,
details of features and charges as per bank's general schedule of features and charges (GSFC) and
monthly credit requirement as applicable to be part of 811 Super programme and I have agreed
to the same. I confirm that the bank executive has explained to me all the 811 Super programme
features, charges and important terms and conditions in my preferred language and the same
has been understood and agreed by me. The bank official has explained to me the most important
document as set out in the bank's account opening form including the clause on consent to call
and I have signed the same after understanding the terms contained therein. I understand that I
will be bound by and have to abide by the bank's general terms and conditions available on the
bank's website www.kotak.com and savings bank rules. I understand that the Bank reserves the
right to revise its service charges as laid down in the GSFC. I also understand that the same is
available in http://www.kotak.com. I understand and agree that the Savings Account under 811
Super should be used to route transactions of only non-business/non-commercial nature. In the
event of occurrence of such transactions that may be construed as commercial/ suspicious in
nature, the Bank reserves the right to decline/reverse such transactions and freeze/close the
Savings Account. The number of permissible deposit and withdrawal transactions without any
charges are available in GSFC. I have given consent for the Promo/Program, Declaration and read
all the terms and conditions of Promo/Programme including applicable credit eligibility, which I
understand is valid till the Promo/Program is active. I give my consent to receive information with
respect to account maintenance, credit, alerts, payments due, cashback related communication
and updates on existing and new products, servicing of account for sales, marketing or servicing
my relationship with KMBL, its group companies/associates or agents through Telephone /
Mobile / SMS / Email etc. Further, I understand that my consent to receive calls/communications
shall be valid and shall prevail over my current or any subsequent registration of my number for
NDNC and shall continue to be treated as my consent /acceptance.I voluntarily agree to, fund my
Kotak811 account by scanning QR Code displayed on application used to submit KYC details and
ensure to verify my name & last 4 digits of account number with QR displayed. I hereby give my
consent to issue virtual card with my Kotak 811 A/C.
Basic T&C of 811 Super are as below.

1) 811Super Eligibility:

 Account balance should be >=Rs4900 while completing FKYC


 On monthly basis, customer needs to credit Rs 5000 or more via single transaction only.
 Customer would be downgraded to regular 811 (SJIFN) if customer fails to credit Rs.5K or
more for 3 consecutive calendar months.
 Customer crediting Rs 5K or more via single transaction only will be considered as an
811Super eligible.
Note:-

 This program will be offered to NTB customers completing FKYC via biometric mode. In
future, if an existing customer is opting for Kotak 811, his/her eligibility criteria & program
benefits can be different than the standard propositions.

2) 811Super cashback:

Eligible customers – 811Super eligible customers spend Rs.500 or more via DC

Cashback construct –

Spend Rs.500 or more every month with Kotak Debit card (Ecom/(Point of Sales) transactions)
and receive Rs.100 cashback.

Rules -

 811 Super eligible customer should spend Rs500 or more via Kotak Debit card
 In order to calculate the spend value only following types of transactions are eligible.

-Virtual Debit Card and Physical Debit Card transactions (E.com/POS)

Important:

1. Inter or intra bank fund transfer, ATM cash withdrawal, wallet top up (transfer from 811
Saving Account to any kind of wallet) or any other type of transaction excluding
mentioned above will not be considered.
2. Any type of UPI transactions will not be considered as spends

Terms & conditions for cashback:

1. This cashback has been extended by Kotak Mahindra Bank to 811 Super customers
meeting eligibility criteria
2. Spends will be considered for 6 months from the month of account opening
3. A customer can get max Rs.600 cashback
4. Max Rs.100 cashback will be given per month
5. To get the monthly cashback, 811 Super eligible customer should spend Rs. 500 or more
in a month to get
6. Any kind of fund transfers or ATM cash withdrawal and wallet top-up will not be
considered as spend.
7. Cashback will be deposited in 30 days post completion of the month under consideration
8. Cashback eligible customers (winners) will be communicated via SMS/Email on their
registered mobile number/Email ID with the Bank or through Push Notification on their
Kotak 811 App.
9. The cashback is not-transferable
10. Participation for the cashback is voluntary.
11. Any Customer eligible for the cashback shall be deemed to have read, understood and
accepted these terms and conditions, general terms and conditions of the Bank.
12. Kotak Mahindra bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without
assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these
terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or reduce the cashback
13. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits under the Offer
if any fraudulent activity is observed as being carried out for the purpose of availing the
benefits under the offer.
14. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is
final and shall be binding on all persons.
15. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above cashback or
otherwise relating here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
