Assignment submission guidance: merging


multiple documents as a single PDF

Unit DNI/NDEM2/IDEM2 assignments must be submitted as a single file.


This document provides guidance on how to merge multiple documents to
create a single PDF.

Step 1
Open Adobe Acrobat DC to combine files: open the Tools menu and select Combine
files. Select Open.

Step 2
Click Add files and select the files from your PC that you want to include in your PDF.

Step 3
Arrange and delete content: click, drag, and drop to reorder files, or click and press
"Delete", or click onto Remove to remove any content you don't want.

Step 4
Combine files: when you have finished arranging, click Combine.

Step 5
Save as a PDF file: select File > Save As. Name your file and click the Save button.
Your files have been merged into a single PDF which can be submitted via the upload
link.
