The use of mobile phones have become a must have in our lives today. Mobile phones are very helpful
especially in the event of an emergency.

As useful as a mobile phone can be for you, it can also present a high risk to you and others.

For instance, when talking on a mobile phone whilst walking or working at heights is extremely dangerous.
Your full attention is not focused at what you are doing due to concentrating on your phone conversation.

It is also recorded that employees are playing games and sending text messages on their mobile phones
whilst working, this prevents the employee from focusing on his work and the task at hand. This has led to
serious accidents in the past and also will in future cause accidents.
