SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ANA MARIETTA CALZADO, of legal age, Filipino married to ARMANDO CALZADO
with residence and postal address at Block 9 Lot 4 Phase 3 do hereby CONSTITUTE, NAME, and
APPOINT, J.F. CAYETANO BUILDERS AND INTERIORS, of legal age, Filipino with office and postal
address at Lot 9 Block 4 Monterey St. Park Place Subdivision Cainta Rizal, as my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact for me in my name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts and
things, To wit:

1. To be my representative to act in my behalf and to undertake any and all

transactions, regarding RENOVATION of my unit at VICTORIA DE MORATO
(unit2620) under NEW SANJOSE BUILDERS INC.
2. To negotiate, process, sign, execute, receive, seal authenticate and deliver all
documents, agreements and other writing of whatsoever nature of kind with any
and all third concerns, entities or agencies, upon the terms and conditions
acceptable to our said Attorney-in-fact, in relation to the authority herein- above
given for the aforesaid document/s;
3. To do any other acts and things whatsoever necessary/requisite of the above
mentioned powers;
4. To received, claim and sign any documents which may be issued in my favor or to
transfer regarding my request in all agencies concerned;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact, full power and
authority to do and perform each and every authority above conferred with the
same effects as though done by us if personally presents do hereby RATIFY all acts
done in pursuance of the authority herein conferred.
