Gym helps us fit

Nowadays, many people becoming more and more lazy. And this leads them to overweight and
some other serious health problems. So to fight with this problem there is one very good solution,
and that‘s gym. Gym is good for you for a number of reasons.

First of all, I think that gym is good for you, because it is obviously keeps you fit. There are a lots of
different types of exercise which you can do like squats, pushups, pull ups and etc. And by doing
these you strengthen your health and also gain some muscles.

Secondly, in the gym there are a lot of people. So this lets you find some new friends. And from
new friends who also go to the gym you can get many good sport advices, which might help you
get fit even faster.

But there are some disadvantages. As you might know gyms are quite expensive. You have to pay
a lot of money for a month to stay in the membership. And sometimes you won’t get from it what
have might have expected.

To sum up, I believe that gym is a very good way to lose some weight and become fit. So if you
have money and you can afford the membership you should definitely start going to the gym.
