THIS AGREEMENT IS FOR OCCUPING A LIVING SPACE

LEASE OF PREMISES
The lessor hereby lets to the Lessee who hires subject to the terms and conditions set out in this
agreement the following premises

A furnished room situated at

8482 Nkulumane

DEPOSIT
The deposit is set at $40 usd which will be paid back if full provided the lessee has given a month’s
notice and nothing has been broken.

COMMENCEMENT AND PERIOD

The lease of the Premises is entered into for the initial period of commencing on the
Commencement Date where after this Lease shall continue as a monthly
tenancy, terminable by either party giving the other 19{one} calendar months’ notice in writing.
RENTAL
The monthly rent payable by the Lessee to the Lessor for the hire of the Premises is the sum of
R1500.

The Lessee shall pay the rent monthly in advance before the 1 st of every month.

MAINTENANCE BY THE LESSEE

House should be kept the way it was.

RENEWAL PERIOD
Lease will be renewed every year.

ACCEPTANCE
The Lessor and the Lessee acknowledge that they have read and understood the contents of this
Agreement of Lease, and that all queries relating thereto have been raised with and explained to
them by Agent.
