It is understood and agreed, however, that the acceptance of this application rests upon the sole
discretion of Federal Pioneer Development Corporation, notwithstanding receipt of the amount herein
tendered. It is further hereby agreed that Federal Pioneer Development Corporation may, at their sole
option, refuse acceptance, cancel, or rescind this reservation application for any cause whatsoever at any
time, by giving written notice to this effect and by returning all payments thus far made.

It is also agreed and acknowledged that I, the herein Applicant, shall pay the balance of the Purchase
Price, in accordance with the payment terms specified above, commencing within a period of thirty (30)
days from signing of this Reservation Application, unless the application is rejected by Federal Pioneer
Development Corporation. Failure on my part to complete the down payment on any of the given
period/s above automatically gives Federal Pioneer Development Corporation the right to cancel my
reservation and to forfeit as liquidated damages, my deposit and partial payments. The same rights are
granted to Federal Pioneer Development Corporation in case I withdraw from or choose not to continue
my reservation for any reason whatsoever.

I/We further understand and confirm that this Reservation Application is not transferable, unless
otherwise allowed in writing by Federal Pioneer Development Corporation, and the necessary fees paid.
Moreover, the unit area herein specified is subject to the approved plans, unless otherwise, the
Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) is already available.

I/We warrant that all information furnished by us in the documents submitted and those to be submitted
in connection with my/our application are true and correct at the time made.

Notes: 1) Corporate applicants must be under the hand of the duly authorized office/representative of the corporation or partnership as
evidenced by a Secretary’s Certificate attesting to the resolution of the Board of Directors/partners of the Client approving and
authorizing the reservation and purchase of the abovementioned property and designating the authorized officer for the said
purpose. Corporate papers showing the bona fide organization of the Client shall also be required (i.e. SEC/DTI registration,
Articles of Incorporation/partnership, By-laws).
2) This Reservation Agreement must be accompanied by the corresponding Buyer’s Information Sheet.
3) All payments shall be in the form of checks drawn against authorized agent bank located in Metro Manila to the order of Federal
Pioneer Development Corporation and crossed “Payee’s Account Only”.
