Sub: Zero Data Usage in Rural USO Telephone Exchange Wi-Fi hotspots
commissioned through M/s L&T & M/s TCIL- Reg.

As BSNL is getting USO subsidy for Rural USO Telephone Exchange Wi-Fi hotspots,
SSAs have to ensure 100% availability of services on 24x7 with improvement in data usage.

List of Zero usage rural USO WiFi Hotspots is attached in Annexure-1.

Hence, please intervene and instruct the concerned to take necessary action to restore
faults and improve data usage.

Please arrange to contact the L&T/ TCIL concerned to get the equipment faults restored.
