ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF
SCHOOL-BASED IMMUNIZATION (SBI) PROGRAM
SY 2018 – 2019

Children are prone to diseases. The need to bolster their immune system is
addressed by the government through immunization. Vaccines serve as protection
against infection either viral, bacterial or brought about by germs.
Bacon East Central School supports the government by implementing the
program. Attached to this report are pictures documenting the event.
In grade one faithful 16 out of 33 pupils or 48% were given MCV1 and Td
vaccines. 17 out of 33 pupils or 51% either refused or deffered.
In grade one cheerful 10 of the pupils out of 30 or 33% were given MCV1 and
Td vaccines. 20 out of 30 pupils or 66% either refused or deffered.
In grade one neat 16 out of 30 pupils or 53% were given MCV1 and Td
vaccines.15 out of 30 pupils or 50% either refused or deffered.
In grade one generous 18 out of 30 pupils or 60% were given MCV1 and Td
vaccines. 13 out of 30 pupils or 43% either refused or deffered.
In grade one simple 14 out of 28 pupils or 50% were given MCV1 and Td
vaccines. 14 out of 28 or 50% either refused or deffered.

74 out of 151 grade one pupils of Bacon East Central School or 49% were given
MCV1 and Td vaccine. 79 out of 151 grade 1 pupils or 52% either refused or deffered
from receiving the vaccines.
