Combine the seasonings and the soy sauce in a bowl. Rub the

the bottom of a casserole dish and place the chicken in the dish.

minutes or until desired doneness.

Zero Carb Bacon Wrapped Scallops
3 jumbo scallops
6 strips bacon, browned but pliable
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Season the scallops with the salt and the pepper. Wrap two strips of
bacon around each scallop, securing it with kitchen twine. Heat up
the oil in a skillet and sauté each scallop until desired doneness.
Remove the twine and serve on a warm plate.
Cut the flank steak against the grain, diagonally, into bite-size
chunks. Combine the soy sauce and pepper in a large bowl. Place
the beef chunks into the mix, and let marinate for an hour, or
overnight, if preferred. Place meat into a dehydrator and let dry for
24 hours. Store in a cool, dry place.
Or maybe I should call it “Cheesy Beef Dip.” Either way, feel free to
tweak the ratios of ingredients to your liking.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add the Parmesan and pepper.
Cook on low and stir until blended. If desired, cook more to reduce.
Serve in a bowl.

with a slice of roast pork. Place a slice of Swiss on top, roll tightly,
and secure with a toothpick. If desired, bake in an oven at 350
degrees for 10 minutes.

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in

In a bowl, mix the pork, beef, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into

it. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or to desired doneness.
Rub the salt and pepper into the tenderloin. In a skillet, heat the olive
oil and brown all sides of the tenderloin. Transfer to a roasting pan
and cook at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until desired doneness.
Cut into medallions and serve.

salt and pepper. Form into balls, refrigerate, and serve when firm.
