NOTICE
Please ensure HOLD switch “ ” into “ ” position before use.
When switching on the MP3 Player, the player will initialize without display for
about six seconds.
EQ selection doesn’t have much effect when playing WMA format music.
A-B clipping function is not supported when playing WAV format file.
The player cannot identify MP3 format above third layer.
Remove batteries when the player is left unused for a long period of time.
Do not leave the player in a place subject to moisture with temperature higher
than 35℃ or lower than –5 ℃
Do not use the earphones while driving an automobile or riding a bicycle, it’s not
only dangerous, but also against the law.
Avoid turning up the volume of the earphones while walking down the street,
especially crossing at intersections.
Do not turn up the volume too high, doctors warn against prolonged exposure to
high volume.
Stop using the device or decrease volume if you have ringing sound in your ears.
Follow local guidelines for waste disposal when discarding packages, batteries
and old electronic appliances.
LCD displays “ ” icon in main menu if MP3 Player has “FM Tuner” Function.

8. LOCK/UNLOCK
When player is used as a USB disk, this key is used as a lock/unlock switch (for write
protection). Under MP3 player mode, it is used as a Hold On / hold Off switch.

In hold mode, pressing any buttons will have no reaction, and “ ” will
display on the LCD display. You must put the Hold switch into the position to enter
“Hold Off” mode before you plug the device directly into the PC USB port.
Before disconnecting the player from PC, please ensure data transfer is over. Else
you will lose any unsaved the data!

2. USB-DISK OPERATION
①Plug the flat USB end of the USB cable to the PC’s USB slot.
②Plug the square end of the USB cable into the player; Or you may plug the device
directly into the PC USB port.
③For Windows 98, a message “New hardware founded” will pop out for the
installation of USB driver.
There are two methods for installing the driver:
Method 1: To install the USB driver manually
Method 2: To install the USB driver by running SETUP.EXE automatically

This player will automatically enter the USB mode after a connection with PC (Notice: do
not connect with PC while playing), the system will display:

When data is transmitted between PC and the player, the system will prompt
automatically as follow, which indicates that the current status is transmitting, and at that
time, any other operations are forbidden in the player.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

1 Backlight does not work
Please check if the “Backlight” Menu was set to lightest mode.
Please verify the battery power, if it is too low, the backlight will go off.
2 Player does not work and the LCD displays nothing.

Please check whether you have placed the ”Hold” switch into the “ ” position,
follow by long press of【 】button.
3 The buttons do not respond
Please check if LCD displays , if so, please push the “Hold “ switch
into the “ ”position, When the message ”Battery low” is displayed, Please
change a new battery.
4 Files cannot be downloaded.
Please check if your unit has been connected to PC USB port properly.
Please check if the Hold switch has been put into the “ “position, if so, please
slide it into the” “ position.
5 LCD window is too dark.
Please check your LCD “contrast” menu setting.
