Greetings!

We write for and in behalf of our client ______________________.

Our records reveal that you have an outstanding obligation with our client in
the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P100,000.00)
inclusive of interest. You made several promises to pay the remaining balance
amounting to SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P60,000.00) to my client but until
today no payment has been made. Despite repeated demands, you still failed to
pay the said amount to my client.

Final demand is hereby given to you to pay in full your total balance in the
amount of SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P60,000.00) within ten (10) days
from receipt of this letter or make good with our client within the same period
through our office.

Your continued refusal to heed to our demand might constrain us to file and
purse any and all legal actions available to protect and enforce the rights of our
client which might include the filing of Civil Case in court for Collection of
Sum of Money and for Damages (including Attorney’s Fees and other cost
of litigation).

We trust that you will give this matter you most preferred response and action
to avoid the expense and humiliation of a full blown trial in court.
