 The pie charts compare the percentage in choices between specific organnization’s part-time and

fulltime employees in a survey about the effect of the new assessment system on their
competition at work.
Overall, it is clear that the amount of workers in both groups who believe that the new evaluation
system makes them more competitive spend the largest proportion of each chart on three options:
make me more competitive, make me less competitive and make no difference. In both group,
the percentage figures for the thought that the change have reduced their competition are almost
triple the figures for the answer that there are no difference. Toward full-time workers, most of
people agree with the effect of the new evaluation system, which represent 52% of the total
choices. However, this is lower than in part-time group with 63% spent on the same choice.
In contrast, the percentage of people have the opposite thinking about the new evaluation system
in full- time group is 36 % that is higher than the amount in part-time group, which takes 29%.
Makes no difference is the least chosen choice of both group, which account for 12% in full-time
workers and 8% in part-time workers.
