Some verbs are often followed by another verb. In some cases, we use the infinitive with to after
the first verb:
 They’d like to have an answer by tomorrow.
 I want to speak to the manager!
 We forgot to send you a new email.

After modal verbs, like can and should, and after will, we use the infinitive without to. Modal verbs
are auxiliary verbs which indicate a function like permission, possibility, or ability.
 He can’t get through to his colleague.
 You should receive the documentation by tomorrow
 I’ll get back to you by the end of the week.

You are Elaine and you have the same problem getting through to Harriet another day. Complete
the email to Harriet explaining what happens every time you try to call her. Use as many modal
verbs and phrasal verbs from Expressions and the Language box as you can.
