A. Align them with the quality requirements for the job. Narrow down to 3-5 particularly
stronger ones Supporting with an example. Multi-tasking, time-management,
TECHNICAL Knowledge.
Estimator: Good at Math, Quantity Surveying, Computer skills.

A. Habit to check the same work multiple times so that there are no errors left, which
wastes time.
I overthink and feel worried when the project runs behind schedule.
Feel discomforted to leave anything unfinished. Only better when prepared.

A. Start with your name and profession. Most of professional things are mentioned in
the resume. Talk about a few hobbies aligning with the company’s interests. E.g:
Calisthenics, doing yoga, playing chess. In addition to these, my Professional life
defines who I am.

of both mine and the company’s.

A. I tend to work better under a bit of stress as it motivates me to get the works
done quicker than usual. I focus on performing the task rather than panicking
when under a stressful situation.

What are your goals for the future?


A. My long-term goal would be to grow along with the company I work in and
probably have a lion’s share in its progress. I would like to transition into management
position after I have gained sufficient technical knowledge.
