 STANDARD FEATURES 
Casing Flatform 
The casing is built on a framework of rigid frame aluminum profiles assembled by means 
of insertion joint study nylon corner pieces. This makes assembly much easier and allows 
to place the air handling units in locations that could not be considered before. 
Slope design for drain pan with galvanized sheet to prevent standing water and minimize 
microbial  growth  can  meet  challenging  indoor  air  quality  (IAO),  controls,  and  acoustic 
(sound sensitive) project. 
 
Panels 
25 mm double wall high density (45 kg/m³) panels manufactured by injecting polyurethane 
foam between two metal sheet. Exterior wall shall be fabricated from 0.5 mm pre‐painted 
galvanized sheet and factory applied protection film. 
Panel assembled with mechanical fasteners such that each panel is individually removable. 
Access door are completed constructed with the same material as casing panels shall 
permit a complete 180° swing at nylon reinforced hinge. 
 
  Fan 
All units equipped with high performance double inlet centrifugal fans with 
scaling in accordance to AMCA Standard for maximum performance. 
The following fan type are available : 
™ Forward curved fans         : Volume flow from 2,600m³/h to 6,800m³/h 
™ Backward Curved blade Fans : Volume flow 2,600m³/h to 6,800m³/h 
                                                       Total pressure up to 2,000 Pa 

Electric Motor 
Factory furnished and installed 3‐phase Asynchronous Induction Motor Fan motors shall 
be mounted inside the unit. The motors are totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) type with 
380Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz electrical supply, class F insulation and IP 54 Degree of 
Protection. Other specification motors are available on Request. 
Fan and motor Base are made of painted heavy gauge galvanized steel to ensure proper 
installation.  
 
Coils 
Design manufactures and tested by EZONE. Chilled Water Coil are aluminum finned copper 
tube that have galvanized steel casing end plate, copper tubes header with male threaded 
connections. Mechanically expanded copper tubes on aluminum fin construction with die‐
formed spacer collars for uniform spacing and leak tested to a minimum 450 psig air 
pressure under water. Completed with manual air vent plug for all water coils. 
Evaporator (DX) coil and heating coils are an options.
