SUB: Pinhole leakage in 6” HP liquid header.

This is for your kind attention that a pinhole leakage was observed in HP liquid header.
So temporarily a pad welding has to be done to arrest the leakage. As the existing 6” HP liquid
header is corroded. Replace this 6” header with new 8” HP header at the earliest. This job has
to be taken on emergency basis.
