GENERAL SECRETARY – Stanslaus Mbwiliza, MDE

Stanslaus is a professional development and planning

economist (Master Degree in Development Economics
and BSc. Agriculture Economics and Agribusiness from
IRDP and SUA respectively and Dip. Education at
Mtwara TTC). He has 20 years of working experience in
both public and private sector. In public sector he
worked with Ministry of Education and Vocational
training, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Regional
Administration and Local Government (Morogoro District Council). He worked as
head of various community secondary schools, agriculture assistant researcher.
Whereby in private sector he worked with Anglican Diocese of Central Tanganyika
and Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania - Northern Diocese as a head of
department of Development and planning. Stanslaus hands on experiences and
skills in project planning and management, grant writing, fund raising, project
monitoring and evaluation, Good trainer and facilitator, donor fund management,
financial report writing, good researcher and Proficient in computer applications,
including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, internet, and Statistical Analysis
Software (SPSS, EXCEL and STATA). Stanslaus joined with us as a General Secretary
in September, 2018. He is also a founder member and board secretary of
Unreached Peoples Mission Centre – Sayuni. This faith based organization , but not
faith biased. We support vulnerable peoples of all faiths and none . Our organization
established in 2018.
Stanslaus participated in many professionally work, 2017 was among the
term design of the Kondoa District Council Strategic Plan 2017/18 – 2022/23. And
2011 Participated in analyzing national budget 2011/12 (For three months) at
National Assembly Dodoma, Tanzania. He has also participated in technical expert
international meeting and programs. For example in 2018 participated in
International Conference on Planning and Development; Theme “Toward
Industrialization in the Global South: Making Rural Regions Inclusive”. In 2008;
National Dialogue on Shortage of Agriculture Experts in Tanzania and Way
Forwards; Participated by Agricultural Stakeholders in a country. And in 2006:
Attended a seminar on Building a Successful Youth Wing- Organized by Tanzania
chief opposition party (CHADEMA) in cooperation with Conservative Party and
HOYRE.
