(hereinafter “the CLIENT”), hereby requests RINA to carry out, on the vessel detailed below, the necessary activity as required by

the Rules for the purposes of:

(a)  obtaining the classification upon survey during construction, after delivery from the Shipyard
(b)  obtaining the classification, upon Transfer of Class from an IACS Member
(c)  obtaining the classification, upon admission to Class survey (vessel not classed with an IACS Member)
