More than just a part of my bucket list, I have always considered myself to engage in the

Masters of Arts in Science Education.

“Learning is a continuous process.” I have always believed that I must always engage

myself in learning and exploring and seeing myself enrol in a Master’s program will be of great

help.

I’ve also considered the advices of those people surrounding me saying that I should

study while I’m still on the verge of exploring what I’ve got. It’s like “Strike while the iron is

hot.”, as they say.

Also, this will make me more advantageous in my chosen field which will allow me to be

equipped with more knowledge, skills, attitudes and expertise. Knowing that our country is now

on its 4th year of implementing the Enhanced Basic Curriculum Act of 2013, this will help me a

lot on meeting the demands of the pedagogy.

Considering practicality in this case, this will give me an edge to be more marketable. I

believed that the higher is the degree you have obtained is the higher the compensation is. Over-

all, this will lead me to greater heights, new endeavors and endless possibilities.

Ever since I was an undergrad student, I have noticed these attitudes that I could say

helped me achieve what I have now and will also help me do well in my chosen program of

study. First is having faith with myself and most especially to the Divine Intervention. Being an

open-minded person helped me also because I tend to understand the twists and turns of the

situations I’m into. Lastly, I’m diligent when it comes to my responsibilities. “First things first”,

as they say. I prioritize though there could be times I tend to procrastinate.

With everything an individual engages, there will be its ups and downs, twists and turns.

Anticipating constraints will not always mean pessimism; rather a person is just being open-

minded. As for me, it will not be easy to balance study and at the same time work. This program

I will be undertaking will be way difficult compared to my undergraduate degree.

Being an alumnus of this institution makes me ponder that it will never be a wrong choice

to choose CSU as my Graduate Studies program to pursue. I firmly believe that the faculty

comprising the Graduate Studies department is ardent in bringing the best out of their students.
