HOW TO HECTING

A. TOOLS PREPARATION
Material:

- physiological NaCl - sterile gauze


- Povidone-Iodine 10% - Plaster
- Perhidrol 3% - 3cc syringe
- Lidocaine 2% - No side thread 3.0
- Chlorine 0.5% - Catgut no. 3.0

Tool:

- Metal containers
- Needle holder / needle holders
- The needle with the tip of a
triangle
- Needles with rounded edges

B. STEPS
1. Check the type of wound
2. Wash your hands and wear sterile gloves
3. take antiseptic aseptic starting from the middle to the edge of the centrifugal
using gauze and povidone iodine
4. Give a local anesthetic
How to: sub-cutaneous needle along the edge of the wound until all wounds
properly anesthetized. Aspirate to ensure that the tip of the needle does not enter
the blood vessels (visible blood fluid in the syringe). Infiltrasikan lidocaine at the
same time withdrawing the needle 2-4 cc (depending on the area wounds).
5. Perform wound debridement
Method: After the wound properly anesthetized, disinfect the wound using
perhidrol 3%, so that the dirt lifted. To lift the soil / sand embedded can use gauze
or a soft brush. Continue with irrigation using physiological saline until all the
dirt picked up.
6. Attach a sterile cloth.
7. Povidone iodine disinfection
8. Suture the wound
9. Do a dressing after the suture is complete, do the exploration.
10. Do a decontamination: To avoid transmission of infectious diseases through
serum / body fluids. Tools soaked in 0.5% chlorine solution for 10 minutes.
