 INTRODUCTION
The “JRU-ONLINE” has been developed to override the problems
prevailing in the practicing manual system. This Application is
supported to eliminate and in some cases reduce the hardships faced
by this existing system.
The application is reduce as much as possible to avoid to errors while
entering the data. It also provide error message while entering invalid
data. No formal knowledge is needed for the user to use this System.
Thus by this all provide it is user-friendly. JRU-ONLINE, as described
above, can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast management.

College management is an integrated web application to handle various

academic and non -academic activities of college. The system can access by
every student/faculties/employees of the institution through internet connected
computers. This system provides the detail structure of the college campus and
its departments. College Management System synchronizes the working of all
the departments. It looks on all aspects of a college, its students, faculties,
Departments, marks and other co –curricular activities.

JRU-ONLINE is the easiest way to manage all functionalities of a college. It is a

value-added service offered by NEURAL, which facilitates colleges to maintain
the functionality related to college employees and their students. College
Management Software is a simple yet powerful one joint integrated platform that
connects all the various departments of an institution like Administration,
Attendance, Faculty details and many more specialized modules.
OBJECTIVE
The main objective of the project on JRU-ONLINE is to manage the details
of college, Course, Batch, faculty, Student. It manages all the information
about College, Exam Registration, Student,. The project is totally built at
administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the
access. The purpose of the project is to built an application program to
reduce the manual work for managing the college, Course, Batch. It tracks
all the details about the Batch, Faculty, Students.

The website helps you with the daily routine of college management and
reduces the paper work to zero, not only this the website saves your time,
helps in proper utilization of time and most important, helps you to have
complete control on your college.

 Student Attendance Management

Attendance Management System is a application developed for daily

student attendance in our collages. If facilitates to access the attendance
information of a particular student in a particular class. The information is
sorted by the operators, which will be provided by the teacher for a
particular class. This system will also help in evaluating attendance
eligibility criteria of a student.

Purpose:-
The purpose of developing attendance management system is to
computerized the tradition way of taking attendance.

Overview:-
Attendance Management System basically has two main modules for
proper functioning.
 First module is admin which has right for creating space for new batch. Any
entry of new faculty, Updating in Subject if necessary, and sending notice.
 Second module is handling by the user which can be a faculty. User has a
right of making daily attendance, generating report. Attendance can be
taken in two ways;
a) On the basis of subject and month. Attendance Management System .
b) On the Basis of Class.
  Exam Registration System

Exam Registration system is used in the effective dispatch of registration form

to all of the students. This system adopts a comprehensive approach to
minimize the manual work and schedule resources, time in a cogent manner.
The core of the system is to get the online registration form (with details such as
name, reg. no etc.,) filled by the student whose testament is verified for its
genuineness by the Exam Registration System with respect to the already
existing information in the database. This forms the first and foremost step in
the processing of exam application. After the first round of verification done by
the system, the information is in turn forwarded to the Exam Controller. The
application is then processed manually based on the report given by the system.
The system also provides the student the list of exam dates. After all the
necessary criteria has been met, the original information is added to the
database and the hall ticket is sent to the student.

 Online Learning
Online learning is the newest and most popular form of distance
education today. Within the past decade it has had a major impact on
postsecondary education and the trend is only increasing.
REPORTS:-

All the above mentioned data are stored in the back end and can be
retrieved as reports with filtering options.

User Friendly :: The proposed system is user friendly because the retrieval and
storing of data is fast and data is maintained efficiently. Moreover the graphical
user interface is provided in the proposed system, which provides user to deal
with the system very easily.

Reports are easily generated :: reports can be easily generated in the

proposed system so user can generate the report as per the requirement
(monthly) or in the middle of the session. User can give the notice to the students
so he/she become regular.

Very less paper work :: The proposed system requires very less paper work.
All the data is feeded into the computer immediately and reports can be
generated through computers. Moreover work becomes very easy because there
is no need to keep data on papers.

Computer operator control :: Computer operator control will be there so less

chance of errors. Moreover storing and retrieving of information is easy. So work
can be done speedily and in time.

Less time consuming :: with the help of this Website we can do our work in
minimum time.
