    To delete the Trust List/ITL File from Cisco 7941 and 7961 phones: 1. Access the phone's Security Configuration menu from the main screen and select Trust List. 2. Unlock the Trust List by entering **# and select ITL File. 3. Select Erase to delete the ITL File. The phone will automatically restart with an updated Trust List allowing it to receive updates.

    Deleting the Trust List / ITL File from Cisco 7941 and 7961 Phones

    1. From the phone’s main screen, press the Settings key. Scroll down to “4: Security Configuration” and press Select:

    2. Scroll down to “5: Trust List” and press Select:

    3. The Trust List is locked by default. To unlock the Trust List, enter **# (star-star-pound). “Settings Unlocked!” will appear at
    the bottom of the screen for three seconds. The lock icon in the top-right corner will also change from closed to open:

    4. Scroll down to “ITL File” and press Select. In the next menu, press more, then press Erase:

    After a restart (which your phone will perform automatically), your phone will be updated with the latest Trust List, allowing it to
    receive updates to the Call Logs, Ringtone selections, Corporate Directory, and other menu items that were previously disabled.
