PROPHECY AND FULFILLMENT

After reading the Prophecy and Fulfillment. I have learned a lot of things, in fact this is
my first time reading this one because of the fact that I am not a Catholic nor Christian.
However, upon reading this I am now able to understand and gain a little knowledge about what
are the Prophecy and how does it contribute to someone’s life as a believers of the certain
religion and also why do they believe in this prophecy. Bible prophecy or biblical prophecy
includes the passages of the Bible that reflect communications from God to human beings thru
prophets. Jews and Christians usually think about the biblical prophets to have acquired
revelations from God. In addition, Prophecy or prediction was one of the functions of the
prophet. It has been defined as a "miracle of knowledge, a declaration or description or
representation of something future, beyond the power of human sagacity to foresee, discern, or
conjecture." It is being pass to a chosen prophets of God for them to deliver the word of God to
humans and teach to people the principles of believing to God. Fulfilment ability to achieve or
accomplish what was promised or planned. God is the only one who can fulfill all He has
promised and He is the equal one who can help us fulfill what we have planned even on how
cautiously we have made our plan.

In Christianity, the word of knowledge is a spiritual gift listed in 1 Corinthians 12:8. It

has been associated with the ability to teach the faith, but also with forms of revelation similar to
prophecy. There is this one factor that is based upon asking one of my Christian friends, in
accordance to her one of the prophecy that she realized by ability of being a Christian/Catholic is
that a seven trumpets are sounded, one at a time, to cue apocalyptic occasions considered by
using John of Patmos in his vision. The seven trumpets are sounded by means of seven angels
and the activities that follow are described in detail from Revelation Chapters 8 to 11. The first-
rate prediction which runs like a golden thread through the whole contents of the Old Testament
is that involving the coming and work of the Messiah; and the fine use of prophecy used to be to
perpetuate trust in his coming, and to put together the world for that event. But there are many
subordinate and intermediate prophecies additionally which hold an essential location in the
exquisite chain of events which illustrate the sovereignty and all-wise overruling providence of
God.

There is no doubt that God is the only one who can fulfill what He planned and what other
other things should be done. Prophecy, on the other hand-based on my knowledge is giving a
hints Having warned Christians to be cautious in the light of the problems which have plagued
Christians through the years, If we would correctly interpret and apply prophecy which is yet
unfulfilled, we should first discern the course or the path which fulfilled prophecy has
historically taken.
