1 OBSERVATION: for Hold Down Platen
1. Orientation checked as per drawing found ok.
2. Dimension checked as per drawing found ok.
3. Base plate flatness was rectified and found ok.
2 OBSERVATION: For Guide Angle.
5. Dimension checked as per drawing found ok.
6. Bending line 16.6 checked with bevel gauge
found ok.
7. Straightness checked and found satisfactory,
bend max 2 to 3mm noticed.
3 OBSERVATION: For Wheel Gripper Frame.
9. Dimension checked as per drawing found hole
pitch was rectified and found ok.
10. Hole to hole diagonal checked and found ok.

895mm instead of 900mm to be rectified and
reoffered.

380.95 to 380.98mm instead of 381 +0,-0.05mm
20. Bore machining visual found not satisfactory
(rough machining) to be rectified and
reoffered.
21. Bottom plate Item No.4 machining and drilling
to be done and reoffered.
7 OBSERVATION: Plummer Block Common Base
22. Orientation checked and found ok.
23. Dimension checked and found 2nd set Sl.No2-
1/4 & 2-2/4 hole to hole diagonal was rectified
and found ok.

Qty 02 Nos Ø18 hole was drilled and found ok.
38. Other dimensions checked and found ok.
CONCLUSION:
Items dimensional deviation to be rectified and
reoffered.
Weld visual found all items are welding fillet
size not as per drawing to be welded as per
drawing and reoffered except Item No.1, 2 &
11.
Item No. 1, 2 & 11 may cleared for further
process.
Identification marking to be done.
Internal inspection report to be submitted.
