The Limiting Belief Reversal Formula | 1

Hey!

I’m BenArion.

I spend every day of my life helping people manifest the

lives of their dreams through the process of spiritual awakening.
Along my journey I’ve inspired thousands of people in their quest
to find peace and happiness.

Today, I’m going to share with you an incredibly easy way to

improve your life. It’s called “The Limiting Belief Reversal
Formula”. I designed it for people who want to achieve their
goals in life, but can’t seem to get anything accomplished, no
matter what they’ve tried, how hard they’ve worked, how much
they desperately want to succeed.

This 5 STEP approach is great for people who want to get the
results they’ve always been after WITHOUT having to listen to the
same old tired advice that doesn’t seem to help, and only makes
them feel more ashamed of themselves . It’s designed to be so
simple and effective that ANYONE can do it, no matter who they
are, because it works by using the structures of our brains to our
advantage.

All you have to do is simply follow the instructions in this

ebook, and you’ll notice a dramatic emotional shift in your very
identity. You’ll begin to notice positive benefits and emotions
popping up in areas of your life that currently fill you with
disappointment and shame. Some of these benefits may even be
beyond what you imagine possible. So do yourself a favor, and
open your mind up to the possibilities… because the possibilities

are endless.

Why Does The Limiting Belief Reversal

Formula Work So Easily?
Our brains conceptualize our entire realities based on mental
impressions. Our subjective “reality” is everything that we see,
touch, taste, hear, feel, smell, and think.

But humans are different from many other animals on the

planet in that we uniquely have the capacity for language.

Not only do we create mental images in our brains, but we also

create words that we associate with them.

When we think, for example, “I lost my job today and it really

sucked,” we’re actually thinking two distinct separate thoughts,
and confusing them as one.

The first, “I lost my job today,” is neither good NOR bad. It just
is.

The second, “It really sucked,” is an impression that we impose

The Limiting Belief Reversal Formula | 3

upon the mental image of reality in our brains that is “losing our
job”. We could just as easily feel an entire range of positive
emotions about not having to go to work anymore, too. We could
feel joy at the thought of not being forced to do something we
hate, or excitement at the prospect of entering a new phase of
our lives, our humor at the silliness of why we remained there for
so long in the first place.

But, after we make our initial judgement, often without any

awareness that we are even doing so, we stick with it. We cement a
belief in our life about the experience that not only causes us to
suffer, but actually colors every future experience in our life in a
different shade of that suffering.

We call beliefs like this –– which continue to hurt us long after

we form them in that knee-jerk way –– “limiting beliefs”. That’s
because they limit our opportunities in life. They restrict our
freedom to act and achieve what we want, always operating just
below the surface where we can’t see them.

But some limiting beliefs affect us in a different, deeper, more

harmful way than others, because these limiting beliefs aren’t
about external situations or events like losing our jobs. These
limiting beliefs are about our own identity. And while we can
distance ourselves by moving on from a bad situation in a job, or
with a “friend” or lover, or even from our own family… we can
never truly run away from our own self.

Our own self follows us wherever we go. If we have a limiting

belief as part of our identity, then we’ll be limited no matter how
far we run, or what else we try to do.

The Limiting Belief Reversal Formula | 4

Why? Because one’s a belief becomes an ingrained part of our
identity, it becomes an ingrained part of our reality.

But while it’s one thing to have a limiting belief, it’s another to
have an “empowering” belief.

These are beliefs that INCREASE our opportunities in life. They

improve our freedom to act and achieve what we want, again
always operating just below the surface where we aren’t aware of
their powerful, helpful guidance.

Luckily, there is an easy way to take ANY limiting belief, and

turn it into an empowering one. Here’s how.

The Limiting Belief Reversal Formula

Step 1: Identify A Belief Which is Causing You Suffering

The Limiting Belief Reversal Formula | 5

Limiting beliefs are easy to identify, because they universally
make you feel bad.

Here are some examples of limiting beliefs:

Weight: “No matter what I do, I can’t seem to lose the weight.”
Intelligence: “I’m not smart enough to pass the final.”
Athleticism: “I’ll never make it to the Olympics.”
Relationships: “She’d never be interested in someone like me.”
Money: “I’m poor.”

Step 2: Make Sure You’ve Identified an Identity Level Limiting

Belief
An identity level belief is one that specifically has to do with
who you are as a person. You can usually tell an identity level
belief by the words you use to phrase it. It will usually include the
word “I” or “me” somewhere inside.

A limiting belief about your career, for example, might be: “Job
interviews are hard.” It would limit you in the interview, but it
would not be directly tied to your identity as a human being. At
some point after many job interviews, as your interpersonal skills
grew and you were better able to highlight your skills to
prospective employers, you might suddenly start to find that job
interviews aren’t as hard as you thought they were, and the belief
would cease to limit your opportunities in life. (Of course, this
would only be after a LOT of luck and hard work!)

However, an Identity Level Limiting Belief about your career might

be: “I’m terrible at job interviews.” With this belief ingrained in
your mind, no matter how much you work, how lucky you get, or

The Limiting Belief Reversal Formula | 6

what easy opportunities are thrown your way, you will always
inevitably perform worse in the interview process.

Until we find an Identity Level Limiting Belief, we’re just spinning our
wheels and making our lives harder than we need to be. The
other steps in The Limiting Belief Reversal Formula will still work,
but only temporarily. Eventually, our Identity Level Beliefs
ALWAYS shape our realities to mirror them.

Step 3: Create the Opposite Belief

This is where the nature of language comes to our benefit! It

works by using binary opposition.

That may sound fancy, but it really is quite simple. It means

that even though reality operates along a spectrum, language
doesn’t. In reality, there are many different shades of “good” and
many different shades of “evil”. What is “good” to some is “evil”
to others. What is “evil” to some is “good” to others. On both
sides of holy wars exist soldiers praying righteously to their Gods
for assistance. Is one side evil and the other good? Are neither?
Are both? It’s impossible to say.

But language doesn’t work that way. There is only “good” and
it’s opposite “evil”. And our concept of one cannot exist without
the other. The same goes for “up” and “down”, “left” and “right”,
and most importantly for our work today “Slavery” and
“Freedom”.

By looking at the words which make up our Identity Level

Limiting Belief, we can easily craft the exact opposite belief. And
because the original belief enslaves us, it’s opposite will ALWAYS

The Limiting Belief Reversal Formula | 7

create more freedom in our life.

Using the same examples from above, we might end up with

phrases like:

Weight: “No matter what I do, my body effortlessly remains

healthy.”
Intelligence: “I’m smart enough to ace the final.”
Athleticism: “I’m destined to make it to the Olympics.”
Relationships: “She’s bound to be interested in someone like
me.”
Money: “I love being rich.”

Step 4: Make This New Belief Your Mantra

The most common objection I hear when I reveal this formula

to people is this: “BUT IT’S NOT TRUE!”

I always laugh at this. My response?

“So what?”

Close your eyes set a timer on your phone. Repeat this phrase
over and over until the timer runs out. If you have a mala (beads
used to count repetitions of a meditations), you could also use
that. Do it every day for a YEAR, and just watch what happens.

Your responsibility in choosing your identity level beliefs is not

to base them on what you BELIEVE TO BE TRUE, it’s to base them
on what you want to MAKE COME TRUE.

You’ve got to FAKE it ‘till you make it. But eventually, after

The Limiting Belief Reversal Formula | 8

enough time, you will change your reality. That’s how just how
reality works. Being delusional for a little while, and having to go
through the cognitive dissonance that comes with reality not
“matching up with what you believe” is just part of the process.
That’s HOW the transformation happens.

The second objection I hear when I reveal this formula is that it

takes a lot of repetition and time. “A whole YEAR?” people say,
incredulous looks on their faces.

But the great thing is, every time you repeat your new
mantra… you’ll find yourself instantly feeling a LOT better. That’s
because your mantra is designed to FREE and EMPOWER you.

This is what people without limiting beliefs feel like all the time.

And don’t worry, it might not take you a whole year. There’s
one final step that accelerates the process faster than you’d ever
believe possible.

Step 5: Take Action

This last step is scary, but it’s incredibly effective.

As I mentioned before, one of the main problems with using

meditation to change identity level beliefs is that it creates
cognitive dissonance. Cognitive dissonance is a state of mind in
which two opposing beliefs are battling for superiority. The mind
will work ceaselessly until it can return to a state of comfort and
security, and go back to saving it’s energy.

Thus, because our limiting beliefs have often been reinforced

The Limiting Belief Reversal Formula | 9

for so long, they almost always “win” this battle and become
“true”.

And I’m sorry, but you have to accept the fact you’re never
going to BELIEVE your new Identity Level Belief is actually TRUE
until it’s actually reflected that way in your day to day life. You
can tell yourself “I love being rich,” as much as you want… and it
will help you take action. But you’ll never really believe it deep
down until you see yourself looking down at a massive bank
account with a big smile on your face.

The more that reality actually reflects your beliefs, the faster
and easier you’ll be able to internalize your new identity as being
“true” and “real”.

And the BEST time to take action?

It’s always RIGHT NOW.

Here are some simple examples of actions you can take:

Set up trigger reminders

Since our beliefs change our physical surroundings, we can
reinforce new beliefs by intentionally changing our physical
surroundings. Write your mantra on a notecard and stick it on a
wall, the fridge, or the mirror. It doesn’t matter where you place
it, as long as you’ll see it often. This will remind you to snap back
into that new frame of mind.

Tell other people what you’re doing

Humans are social animals, and are hardwired to fear looking
stupid in front of others. If you tell other people about the

The Limiting Belief Reversal Formula | 10

transformation you’re trying to make, you’ll unconsciously
leverage your fear of social embarrassment in your favor. Your
friends might even help hold you accountable because they want
to see you improve, which will help you take even more action
and achieve your goal faster.

Learn a new skill in line with your belief

Since our beliefs actively reflect our capabilities and skill sets in
life, by learning a new skill set we can easily reinforce our beliefs.
Go buy a book, or spend some time reading an article, or even
write one yourself. One of the best ways to learn a new skill is to
try and teach someone else. And once you learn that new skill,
you’ll have brand new proof of the truth of your empowering
belief.

Make a Game Out of The Actions You Take

There’s no better way to make the process fun than by turning
it into a game. On top of that, it instinctively causes you to
measure your progress, which helps activate your motivation to
achieve your goal at the subconscious level. Taking action in
accordance with an empowering belief doesn’t have to be hard. If
you think it is, consider that you probably have a limiting belief
around taking action… and seek to change THAT belief first.
