POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title : Delivery Helper

Position Tenure : Permanent
Directly Reports To : Logistics Supervisor, or
Warehouse Custodian
In Coordination With : Delivery Driver
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent shall be responsible in ensuring that products are
being delivered to the accounts at its optimum time and quality, from
the warehouse to the accounts.
1. Assists warehouse personnel in ensuring accurate quantity of
products being loaded for delivery.
2. Ensures maintenance of the proper product stocking level in
the truck and at the drop-off area of the accounts.
3. Aids delivery crew in ensuring safe transport of products by
using the strategic loading guide, to further prevent BO cases
(Crushed, deformed packaging, etc.)
4. Assists DSP in preparation of products being sold to outlets.
5. Ensures acknowledgment of delivery made to accounts by
requesting account representative’s signature on the delivery
slip, after they check on the delivered stocks inventory.
6. Receives BO products from outlets, with supporting BO return
slip form, duly signed by the account/ outlet personnel.
7. Performs other tasks as assigned by his/her superior if deemed
necessary
KEY RESULTS AREAS:
1. Attendance and Punctuality. Ensures on-time delivery of products
to customers at all times.
2. Communication Skills. Establishes good rapport to receiving
customers, drivers, and merchandisers, addressing concerns in a
polite manner.
3. Efficient and Quality Delivery. Ensures that products are being
handled and delivered with 100 % quality care from distributor’s
warehouse to account’s warehouse at all times.

4. Cleanliness and Orderliness. Ensure proper representation of the

company at all times by wearing the prescribed clothing neatly
and with proper identification. Applies the principle of 5S in
all endeavors.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
A Delivery Helper shall be:
At least High school graduate or College undergraduate.
Male, 18 to 28 years old
Physically fit or athletic
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Has initiative, and capable to work under pressure
