US and CANADA, then Email Price Quotation from UK and US customers. Check and
verify order transaction. Customer Service calls shipping and tracking
information. Multitasking, then resigned after a year.

agents. Weekly Calibration with clients, handling 4 accounts, discussion for any
updates and what to do with the agents. Weekly and monthly score to agents, for
their assessments, giving out incentives on their performances.
