Agent, the account was INFORMERCIALS with 20 accounts, my task taking calls from
customers who wants to order certain on the TV, and process thier orders using
Credit Cards, Afer 6mos on the call floor I levelled up, applied as a QA Verifier
Analyst, The task is to verify the sales the legality of the cll with certain
parameters given by the client to check, audit an agent his her entire sales per
day, I lasted for 5yrs on the said Position.

I was Virual assistant at EZSYSTEM OR PINNACLE MIRCO, customer will call and ask
for a certain hard to find computer pheriperals, call or chat with vendors around
US and CANADA, then Email Price Quotation from UK and US customers. Check and
verify order transaction. Customer Service calls shipping and tracking
information. Multitasking, then resigned after a year.

then worked at west contact services located in makati at exportbanl plaza chino
roces, for 3 yrs. as a CSR Taking inbound calls for Comdata drivers or Gas
Attendants will call to authorize thier check from thier company, drivers from US
and CANADA.

Then I applied for a QA Reports Specialist at Sargas,

Sending Reports and Analysis to the Client, Managers and Supervisors using Google
Applications/email (Spreadsheet, Word, PPT), Download Raw Data from VICIDIAL.
Insert Graphs analyze the Trends of a Certain Account, and using Excel Spreadsheets
Pivot Table and V-Look Up for Daily Line Adherence, Leaves and Attendance
monitoring.

Listening to sales calls, asses, evaluate and verify. Coaching giving updates to
agents. Weekly Calibration with clients, handling 4 accounts, discussion for any
updates and what to do with the agents. Weekly and monthly score to agents, for
their assessments, giving out incentives on their performances.
