LISMAR represents EFEKT for all industrial sectors and for the complete scope
of supply in the ___________
Romanian market.

EFEKT will support __________________

LISMAR technically, commercially and will not
quote for the same projects to other companies, nor quote directly to the end-user, unless
mutually otherwise agreed in writing.
LISMAR
EFEKT is allowing __________________ to act as a certificatory for the Product
Certification Process of the product range.
Both companies agree to protect each other's interests in a good faith, (know-how
.market information etc.) No part of the material may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval
system or transmitted in any form or by any means electronic, mechanical, photocopying,
recording or otherwise, without permission of EFFEKT.
LISMAR
Validity of this agreement : ______________ & EFEKT mutually agree that this
agreement is in force since 2014 year.
Expiration date : this agreement expire after 10 years and would be automatically
postponed to another 10 years if any party would not cancel it at last 60 days before expiration
date.
