DESCRIPTION
Bling Body Gym is a superb fitness centre. We aim to make exercise exciting and eventually
empower you to let your body shine.

 Mixed Dance = Azonto, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Afrodance, Salsa, Zumba
 Yoga
 Circuit Training

USING THE FRAMEWORK FOR DESIGNING ANNUAL OBJECTIVES
 Construct a KPI (Key Performance Indicators) using the SMART framework
 An example KPI could be to increase sales figures by 25% compared to last year.

SPECIFIC Increase sales (new enrolment) figures by 25%.

MEASURABLE We measure our progress through monthly reporting, and it shows if we reach
our target or not.
ACHIEVABLE We increased our customer sales (new enrolment) last year by 20%; we believe
the 25% target is achievable.
RELEVANT Increasing sales is key for business growth, which would be an overall business
objective.
TIME BOUND Comparing year on year.
