How would I convince the other members of the jury to agree with me if I were juror no 8?

Juror 1: he could be convinced by using rational arguments and also by appealing to his helpful
nature.
Juror 2: he could be approached by using his emotions; due to his shyness and unsure nature, he
could be convinced by appealing to his emotions.
Juror 3: he could be convinced by appealing to his emotional side and specifically to the
relationship he had with his son; having a tendency to be aggressive and hostile, he should be
approached by someone with a calm temper.
Juror 4: he could be convinced with logical arguments; in this sense, ideas should be presented
in a clear, concise and objective manner.
Juror 5: he could be convinced by appealing to his background, the same as the accused man
and try to reason with him in order to get the cooperation needed.
Juror 6: he could be convinced by appealing to his hesitant, yet supportive nature; in this sense,
appealing to emotions could be the factor that makes the difference.
Juror 7: in his case, pressure could work well; due to his superficial nature, the negotiator could
appeal firstly to his emotions, by inducing a state of stress or anxiety and then relieve the prior
created state and then making him react to the negotiator’s arguments.
Juror 9: he could be more easily convinced due to his empathic nature, his attention to details
and his willingness to cooperate
Juror 10: he could be convinced by appealing directly to his preconceived nature; also, due to
the fact that he has a temper, the negotiator should master his emotions and consequently, not
being afraid to lose himself in a fit of rage if necessary in order to make his point.
Juror 11: easily to convince due to his democratic and cooperative nature; being a good listener,
he can easily resonate with arguments exposed in a logical manner.
Juror 12: he could be convinced by appealing to his emotions, by inflicting a sense of guilt and
by trying to pressure him to admit what the negotiator is presenting as arguments.
