**For Periodontics
Will study the followings:

1- chapter 1 (periodontics) in master dentistry vol 2 book and review the questions at
the end of the chapter

2- periodontal diseases in therapeutic guidelines page 55

3- Odell clinical problem solving book: cases No. 4, 38, 52

4- periodontics chapter in OSCE for dentistry book and you can post

These should take 6-7 days

**For Restorative and Endodontics,

Will Study the followings:

1- Master Dentistry book Vol 2:

*Chapter 2 Endodontics: the followings topics: Pulp disease, Patient assessment,
Diagnosis, Case selection and treatment, Rubber dam (pg70), and review the
questions at the end of the chapter.
*Chapter 3 Restorative Dentistry: the followings topics: Tooth Wear, Advantages and
disadvantages of composite (pg107), and review the questions at the end of the
chapter.

2- Amalgam folder in the guidelines - in the google drive link 'OSCE Study
Materials'
Plus pages 25-28 from ADA practical Guides to dental equipment and materials 2017
(also inside guidelines folder)

3- Odell clinical problem solving book: cases no. 1,9,11,17,27,39,47,48,56,60,61,65.

4- TG (therapeutic guidelines) Dental caries pg 47-49

The followings were already done with Paedo-Ortho preparation:

5- TG - Fluoride pg (50-52)
6- Fluoride Use Policy by ADA (in guidelines in the google drive)

These should take 10 days

**For Paedodontics and Orthodontics,
Will study the followings:

1- Master Dentistry book Vol 2:

*Paedo chapter 7 -- Review the following topics: Psychological aspects, Care
programme, Caries risk assessment, Prevention (For Fluoride - Please refer to the
Fluoride guidelines - details below) + review the questions at the end of the chapter
*Paedo chapter 8 -- Don't do it :) (will do trauma from traumatic guidelines below)
*Ortho chapter 9 -- Good chapter for the basics, classification, IOTN, Cephalometric
landmarks and values + review the questions at the end of the chapter
*Ortho chapter 10 -- only review the questions at the end of the chapter
*Ortho chapter 11 -- only review the questions at the end of the chapter

2- International Trauma guidelines (IADT)

3- TG - Fluoride pg (50-52) and Avulsed tooth pg 197

4- Fluoride Use Policy by ADA

5- Odell problem solving cases no. 5,14,21,26,36,42,50,51,56,63

These should take 14 days

**For Prosthodontics,
Will study the followings:

1- Master Dentistry book Vol 2: Chapter 4 (from page 127-143) Complete denture
and overdenture (no need to go through the technical steps of denture fabrication)

2- BDJ Removable partial denture design (from chapter 1-9 are good to understand
the concepts of design, but if you don't have time - do only chapter 10, System of
design)

3- Odell problem solving cases no. 12,24,30,35,43,50,54

These should take 7 days

**For Oral Medicine and Oral Pathology

Will study the followings:

1- Therapeutic guidelines (TG):

Acute odontogenic and salivarygland infections
Oral Mucosal Disease

2- OSCE for Dentistry book (K.Fan book)

Chapter 6&7
Please follow the guidelines for treatment of different mucosal disease that given by
TG

These should take 3-4 days
