I got myself enrolled in Master of Law from Dhurakij Pundit University where it

offers one of the best Law Curriculum in Thailand. I had a precious and happy time to study
in this University. During my academic life in graduate level, I also had an opportunity to
work as an internship at a well-known International Law Firm and performed various worked
which helped me to learn to make decision and social skill, and it helped me to have critical
thinking to solve problems. I was very impressed that law is allowing all humans to live
together in harmony. The concept, ‘all people are born free and equal’, while to be uphold at
all costs, may also be the cause of conflicts within a society, should there be no laws to
regulate and create a balance. As such, law is crucial.
Since I was young, law always occurred in my surrounding environment. My
grandfather was a judge, and my father is a public prosecutor. I spent time after school
waiting for my father at his office until I became familiar with legal works as well as legal
proceedings. I always followed my father to see the judicial process in a court, and I am
proud that my father works for justice to help other people. This is a motivation for me to
study and work in legal field, and I would like to apply law to use for helping other people
and giving them justice to reduce the possible legal inequality between the rich and the poor.
I believed that aside from enacted good law, being a good lawyer is a must. These are all
reasons that I would like to become a lawyer and I am proud to be a part of creating justice in
today's society.

Moreover, while working as an internship at Baker & Mckenzie, the well-known

International Law Firm in Thailand, I had seen all works dealt with mainly overseas clients. I
had seen the opinions regarding the cases of intellectual property violations, resulting in
interest and inspiration. That inspired me to study more in this field to be able to protect
intellectual property that has been invented with difficulty, and to promote the use of
copyrighted material in Thailand. Personally, my current legal knowledge seems to be
inadequate to help others, so I need to improve my knowledge and skills by studying abroad.
I believe that studying abroad in the intellectual property will help developing the draft of law
and expertise in intellectual property field in which I could use those knowledge to apply to
use in my country. It shall be a good opportunity if I could obtain excellent education from a
well-known University. Therefore, I am honored to apply to study for LLM ______________
at____________University as the next professional stepping stone in my career.

The reason I choose to continue my study for LLM ______________

at____________ is because it is a world-leading university, especially in intellectual property
field. The university has focused on issues in intellectual property as well as providing
subjects with intensive contents to deepen my understanding of core theory related to this
matter, so I can develop a desirable set of skills valued in this field. At your university, I will
be equipped with sophisticated skills in research, analysis, interpretation and decision-making
which are valuable in a wide range of sectors and industries. I promised that I will do my best
to achieve my goals and targets that I set for my future career.

After graduation, I will apply all valuable intellectual property knowledge that I
obtained from your university to work in an international law firm and prepare myself to be
the judge who is expert in this field. I will conduct academic articles and legal books to
distribute intellectual property knowledge to public prosecutors, and judges. In addition, I
will be able to apply this knowledge to help others who have different problems and able to
fully help people. I am certain that I can use valuable knowledge and skills from your
university to work and bring out the most benefits towards my organization and society in the
future.
