Surveys is the method that is used by the business people to
understand the state and preference of the customers so that the
manufacture can deliver the better product to the customers.

Hear in focus groups are the people who are experienced our products
and we can talk to them and take the feedback from them so that we
can make necessary changes to the product.
Observations:
Hear we will not talk anything to the customer who are experiencing
our product we will observe his feelings while experiencing and by
that we will came to know about that and we can make necessary
changes to that.
In depth interviews:
Hear we will talk to the customer in the detailed way we will ask the
different questions regarding the product and we will ask about their
experience and we will note its own and we will ask about what are
they expecting from that product and and what are the changes that
they need to make for the product by these we can make change.
Customer’s journey:
There are different stages in the customer’s journey there are
Awareness stage:
At this stage the customer will know about the product and about the
company.
Interest stage:
At this stage we should create the interest on product to customer by
telling its features and benefits.
Consideration stage:
At this stage the customer should consider that product and he should
show the interest to that product hear customer will see about price
details and the other benefits
Conversion stage:
At this stage the customer will decide to purchase the product and he
buys it.
Retention:
At this stage the customer should be satisfied about our product if he
is satisfied then he will purchase again again so that he will become
the potential customer.
Remarketing mix:
Generally it will be done on the social media sights hear initially we
will promote our product to the customer then they visit our sight if
they didn’t purchase anything and they left the sight menace then we
will use remarketing to the customer like if he was in any other social
media sight or in any web site we will pose ads in that sight so that if
he gets interest because of the offers that we are providing he will
come back to our web site and purchase our product.
Customer’s behavior:
Hear the customer behavior menace the behavior of the customer
when he was buying the product the psychological thinking of
customers is different for person to person hear we will segment the
customers into different types hear the purchasing behavior of the
kids are different from teen age people and behavior of young people
is different from married people and old people and there is difference
between men and women so by considering all these things we should
make promotions and marketing to the customers and we should
promote differently to the different people base on their interest.
Buyer persona:
Buyers persona is the fictionalized characterization of the customer of
the particular segmentation based on that we will make our promotion
to the products for example if our target customers are young people
we can do promotion on the social media so that it will reach to the
most of the people suppose if we are targeting the professionals we
can do promotion in linkden because mostly people use linkden for
professional purposes. If you are targeting the children we can do
promotion in the form of animation so that it will reach to many
people.
Customer segmentation:
The customer segmentation is generally done by the business man to
promote their product to the target audience. These segmentation are
done based on the many things like age, gender, marital status,
behavior, demographic, geographical etc. because the requirements of
the people is different from person to person the requirement of
children is different from the young people and it is different to old
people or adults and it is varies from psychographic behavior of the
people and it is different to geographic so hear they need to promote
the product to thee customers in different way for that purpose we
need to segment the audience
