MANIFESTATION AND MOTION

ACCUSED___________________, by undersigned counsel, and unto

this Honorable Court, most respectfully manifests and moves THAT :

1. He had just read today, June 24, 2020, an Order of this court
through yahoo mail setting the above entitled case on June26, 2020 at 8:30
o’clock in the morning;

2. Unfortunately on this date and time, undersigned counsel will be

appearing at the RTC, Branch ______,
_______________________________, which schedule of hearing was set
by the court very much ahead of this schedule;

3. It is impossible for the undersigned counsel to appear in these 2

courts on the same date and time considering that RTC, Branch 11 is
stationed at Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon which is very far from RTC, Branch
20, Cagayan de Oro City;

4. However, accused ______________will appear as he was

summoned
by our office secretary yesterday.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

of this Honorable Court, to give due consideration to the predicament of
undersigned counsel not to appear before this court on June 26, 2020 at 8:30
o’clock in the morning hearing.

Other reliefs and remedies just and equitable under the premises are
likewise prayed for.
