1. What is the relevance of technical writing in the business world?

- The relevance of technical writing in the business world is that it serves as an essential
tool to communicate or to convey ideas, views, instructions and suggestions of one’s business
firm. Through this, the business world will be able to understand easily because of its
preciseness.

2. What is the difference between technical and literary writing?

- Technical writing aims to inform or persuade the readers to do some action upon
reading the technical document. On the other hand, literary writing aims to inspire and entertain
with some commitment to inform or stimulate the readers’ emotion.

3. Why do business people have to write letters, memos, reports and proposals?
- Business people have to write these kind of papers because they serve as a formal way
to communicate to others. Also, these papers serve as an easy way to disseminate information
and to make their readers understand of what is happening around them.
