RESULT & DISCUSSION

Based on the customer that we have interviewed, the customer review mostly they prefer to
buy the coconut products from the stall because of several factors.

A. The factors that the customer prefered :

The product they offered are fresh and hygienic.

The price of the coconut products are economical range.
The worker is friendly and sociable.
The cleanliness of the stall are good condition
B. The cost conformance :

The stall produced a standardized packaging and weight of the coconut

products.They also produce the products by using extractor machine. The
maintainance of the extractor machine are the priority to the seller as the machine can
produce many product.

C. The cost of nonconformance :

The seller are taking responsibility on their product if the customer complaint
about the unsatisfactory product by replacing the new one. The seller might can be
incharged with summon if they did not follow the regulation by the MBSA authority
regarding on the cleanliness issue.

1. Performance – Characteristics of the product or service

The product of the coconut that are sell in this stall are mainly:
- 100% Coconut Milk
- Mixed Coconut Milk
- Desicated coconut
- Sambal Cili
 2. Reliability – consistency of performance

The stall were selling the product in fresh condition with the same size and weight for the
product packaging. The stall are also become supplier for the coconut products on small
business industry in the Shah Alam.

3. High tech – The product were produced with Coconut Milk Extractor Machine

The manufacturing of the coconut product are conducted with a extractor machine to
produce a sufficient product to the customer in a short period.

CONCLUSION

In a conclusion, we determined the top three quality dimension of this stall which is
performance , reliability and high tech based on the customer review. The cost of
conformance are the maintainance and the uniformity of the product produced. While the cost
of the non-conformance are they need to fullfil the requirement by the local authority.
