The library is assisting faculty, research scholars and students with accessing, retrieval,
and referencing information relevant to their research or study
1. Harvard Business Publishing Offer Libraries Free Unlimited User (UU) Access to 600+
E-Books
2. In addition to the subscribed 8500 reference ebook titles published by Elsevier,
complimentary access to 256 text books for 90 days until June 20, 2020 using a
common UID and Password.
3. Trial access of McGraw Hill express ebook library which contains all the e-books
published by McGraw Hill covering all subject areas.
4. Trial access of 250+ bare acts and 350+ text books published by Eastern Book
Company. This is exclusively useful for School of Law Students.
5. Access to IEEE xPlore database and complimentary access to 65 e-learning courses
via temporary username and password.
6. Access to 12,400 Open Educational Resources in all subject areas to support remote
classroom needs. It is available at no charge to use through June 30, 2020.
7. Access to 2,60,000 Indian Electronic Theses and Dissertations for research students
to deposit their Ph.D. theses and make it available to the entire scholarly community in
open access from https://shodhganga.inflibnet.ac.in.

8. Free access to over 700 text books from Cambridge University Press until May 31,
2020.
9. Free access to "COVID-19 resources" (articles from books and journals that are related
to Covid-19) from Oxford University Press.
10. Free access to a range of essential textbooks from all disciplines from SpringerNature.
11. All journals and few ebooks from volumes 2001 onwards, until June 30, 2020 from
World Scientific.
12. Zlibrary is one of the largest online libraries in the world that contains 49.6 Lakhs books
and 77 Lakhs+ Articles from renowned sources. Free registered user can download 5
books per day.
Off-campus facility will help you to get the access to our subscribed resources from
anywhere at any time. All faculty members can login using their official email ID and
password. All students can login with the credentials provided by our IT Department for
accessing UPES Wi-fi/Internet facility. Temporary ID and Password for accessing the
e-resources.

Business Review E-Book Subscription Collection until May 30, 2020. This ground-
breaking collection contains the complete catalog of Harvard Business Review e-books.
With over 600 e-books that include 400+ monographs, newly published e-books,
seminal works, and 150+ article compilations of the HBR Classics series, faculty will be

Physical Materials
All current loans have been extended to 30 June 2020, this will be extended further if
required.
Overdue fines for books and other library materials have been suspended and will not be
charged. Any fines due to late returns during the closure will be waived off..
Maximum Renewal eligibility has been extended to 8 times for all students.
Please hold onto the materials you have checked out.
Book reservation has been suspended during the lockdown period.

You may receive or have already received emails about returning books or fines - these
can be ignored for now.
1. All faculty members will get the UID for submitting the document for checking and
receiving analysis report in their ID.
2. Interested students will get the URKUND User ID as submitter as permitted by the
INFLIBNET and MHRD. Please send mail to rsthakur@ddn.upes.ac.in for creating the
User ID.
3. The student will get the analysis report at rsthakur.upes@analysis.urkund.com. The
analysis will be sent to students immediately
