What is a Project Generator?
• Mineral exploration companies that acquire early stage,
technically prospective projects by staking or reasonable
third party deals. Project
acquisitions
• After completing geological mapping, geochemical sampling and
early stage geophysical surveys (i.e. the least expensive phases
of exploration), projects are typically partnered with mid-tier or
major mining companies who will undertake the more expensive Geology,
geochemistry
phases of mineral exploration (e.g. diamond drilling) Discovery
and
geophysics
• Maintaining operatorship of the project with an associated
management fee provides positive cash flow for the company.
A 7.5% to 10% management fee is typical
• A minority interest in the project is retained as well as a
Net Smelter Return (NSR) or other royalty providing exposure Partner
to project upside funded drill
Multiple joint
testing on
ventures
• Project generators minimize share holder dilution and drill test multiple
projects
more targets than traditional mineral exploration companies

More targets tested = improved chance of exploration success !

Projects

• ArcWest has acquired large land positions in

several B.C. mining districts including the
Golden Triangle, Toodoggone, Quesnel
Trough, Skeena Arch and northern Vancouver
Island.
• All contain strong discovery potential and are in
proximity to significant producing or past
producing mines.
• Seven 100% owned projects comprise over
800 square kilometers of mineral claims:
• Oweegee: Cu-Au porphyry, VMS
• Todd Creek/Poly: Cu-Au porphyry, VMS
• Sparrowhawk: Cu-Au porphyry
• Oxide Peak: Cu-Au porphyry
• Eagle: Cu-Au porphyry
• Rip: Cu-Mo porphyry
• Teeta Creek: Cu-Mo-Au porphyry
• Recently sold the Willoughby Project to
Strikepoint Gold Inc. with a retained NSR.
Golden Triangle Projects: Todd Creek and Oweegee
• The Golden Triangle is one of the world’s
richest gold-copper metallotects, with both high
grade Au-Ag epithermal and VMS (Eskay
Creek, Brucejack, Snip) and large tonnage Au-
Cu porphyry deposits (KSM, Galore Creek,
Red Chris)
• Numerous discoveries in recent years have
underlined the continued prospectivity of the
district (e.g. VOK, Iron Cap, Kerr Deep, North
ROK and Saddle)
• Exciting exploration potential exists at surface
in areas of glacial recession, and at depth, with
deeper drilling defining large, higher grade
Oweegee extensions of known porphyry systems (e.g.
Red Chris, Kerr Deep)
• ArcWest has acquired a large land position in
the relatively underexplored southeastern part
of the belt, where discovery potential exists for
high-grade gold, polymetallic volcanogenic
massive sulfide (VMS) and porphyry Cu-Au
deposits

Oxide Peak
Oxide Peak Cu-Au Project, Toodoggone District
• 3359 hectares located in the northern
Toodoggone District
Oxide • B.C.’s largest concentration of high level
Peak porphyry lithocap environments
• The property is contiguous with Freeport-
McMoRan’s JD Project
• Two porphyry targets on the property:
• Oxide Peak/Oxide Creek: an exposed
transition from ridgetop epithermal alteration
(silica and advanced argillic) to porphyry
style alteration and veining along the creek
• Falcon: phyllic to propylitic alteration
associated with porphyry dykes intruding
close to the Stuhini – Hazelton unconformity
• Both porphyry systems are associated with
outcropping Cu-Au mineralization and never
drill tested
• A third target (Gordonia) consists of
widespread high grade Cu-Au quartz veins in
volcanic and high level intrusive rocks near a
probable volcanic center

Northern Toodoggone geology and mineral occurrences

Oxide Peak Cu-Au Project
• Two areas with hypabyssal intrusive rocks: Oxide

Canada - U.S.A. Exploration Opportunities
• ArcWest has a well developed pipeline of
exploration stage porphyry copper-gold and
epithermal gold-silver projects for potential
acquisition in 2019, including opportunities in
Canada and the USA
• ArcWest has conducted field evaluations for
several of these projects, and has built positive
relationships with the property owners
• Ground associated with these projects is typically
privately held by third parties (often individuals)
• Several of the projects have robust exploration
databases and shallow, historic drill holes with
significant intercepts that could represent
immediate targets for follow-up drilling
• ArcWest has been offered access to a proprietary
base and precious metals exploration database by
the previous manager of a notable USA
exploration group

Plans for 2019

Results from the 2018 exploration program and historical work suggest ArcWest’s project
portfolio has significant potential for a porphyry copper-gold discovery. The following
exploration was conducted during the 2018 season:

• Steam sediment survey follow up: Follow up of stream sediment anomalies has resulted in the
discovery of new porphyry copper occurrences, significantly increasing the footprint of porphyry
copper-gold systems on the properties.

• Geophysics: Preliminary IP was completed at both the Todd Creek and Oweegee projects; a
significant chargeability target anomaly was outlined at the Yellow Bowl Zone at Todd Creek.

• Geological mapping and sampling: Geological mapping at Todd Creek has outlined new zones
and provided a robust structural model for exploration, geochemical sampling has documented a
broad zone of high grade Cu and Au related to sulfide-rich breccias at the Yellow Bowl Zone. Thin
section petrography at Oxide Peak has identified porphyry style veining and alteration in the Oxide
Creek Zone.

• Property tours: Confidentiality agreements have been signed with multiple mining companies and
property tours were conducted in September; partnership discussions for multiple projects are
ongoing.

• Drilling: Phase 1 drilling campaigns for the several of the projects are planned for 2019
