1. Introduction

In this document, the author will discuss the Grand Solar Minimum which is also called the Eddy
Minimum or Landscheidt Minimum which has been confirmed by Chinese and Russian
Scientists including Khabibullo Abdussamatov that this incoming Grand Solar Minimum is
believed to run for 100-200 years.

In this document we will also look into the last little ice age which ran from 1350 to 1850 as it
coincided with the fall of the Ming Dyansty and ushered in the temporary Shun Dynasty until it
was eventually taken over by the Qing and the reason why the Ming Dynasty collapsed as it is
rarely spoken in the Western Scientific community.

We will also look into why China can potentially become aggressive during the incoming Grand
Solar Minimum as it can cause the potential that China will invade other countries in order to
feed its own people during the incoming Grand Solar Minimum.

2. The collapse of the Ming Dynasty in 1644

In this section we will be discussing the collapse of the Ming Dynasty and what ultimately
caused the events to take place. In 1644 the Ming Dynasty collapsed when Li Zicheng’s Peasant
Army took over Beijing during April and in June, the Manchu Army took over Beijing and
ushered in Qing Dynasty which would end in 1911.

Before the Ming Dynasty collapsed, China suffered from 15 years of drought and in a document
called Prolonged drought in Northern China during the Maunder Minimum and its relation to
peasant rebellions and fall of the Ming Dynasty by Sultan Hameed and Gaofa Gong this is what
led to Ming Dynasty collapsing. This is in fact rarely spoken in the Western Scientific community
and the Historian community. The author has read a few books written by historians and an
article on Wikipedia which covers the transition of the Ming Dynasty to Qing Dynasty, does not
mention the drought that took place 1628 to 1644 which led to the collapse of the Ming
Dynasty but instead blame the collapse of the Ming Dynasty was caused by the officials and
military.

The author is going to state once a drought takes place and runs continuously for a long time, it
will lead to societal order collapsing because people are starving. During the drought that
caused the Ming Dynasty to collapse in 1644, there were reported incidents of cannibalism in
Shaanxi, Shanxi, Bei-Zhili, Shandong, Henan and Nan-Zhili Province in 1640. The author is going
to state when people start starving, they will do anything in order to get food.

At the same time when starvation was taking place in China up to the collapse of the Ming
Dynasty, there were also pandemics taking place. Villages were literally empty and, in some
cases, there were reports of people who went into a village just to find the occupants of the
village to be deceased and bodies were just left lying around.

Because of the drought and starvation, it led to peasant rebellions and the rise of Li Zicheng
whose nickname is the ‘Dashing King’. At the same time elements of the Ming Army and Ming
Generals either defected to the Manchus or Li Zicheng’s Peasant army.

The reason why crops failed to grow in Northern China during the Maunder Minimum is
because the growing zone shifted south towards the equator

In a book called The Military Collapse of China’s Ming Dynasty which provides an insight into
the collapse of the Ming Dynasty from 1628 to 1644. On page 76 it cites:

‘As dire as the situation in the northeast seemed, matters were about to get even worse for the
beleaguered Ming empire. As was the case a decade before, natural catastrophes and strange
weather phenomena seemed to herald new danger from another quarter. In 1627 widespread
drought in Shaanxi baked the ground blood red for over a thousand li. And in the 3rd month of
1628, the skies over Shaanxi turned a similar shade of crimson. Food prices skyrocketed.
Starving masses and deserting soldiers took to banditry. There were reports of cannibalism as
stunted plants shriveled and died. It is worth noting that in the late Ming period natural
disasters were not only frequent, but especially virulent, as indicated repeatedly in local
gazeteers and official reports from the era. For the last sixty years of the Ming there was not a
single year without a natural disaster in Shaanxi province. Nearby Shanxi was similarly afflicted
with everything from great windstorms to earthquakes, to frosts, to famines. In Henan to the
south, “grains of rice became as precious as pearls”. Epitaphs on grave steles from the
Chongzhen Era paint a similarly gloomy picture, with widespread references to famine and
streets strewn with corpses. In some areas people feared traveling alone lest they be ambushed
and eaten. These phenomena were not unique to Ming China, as noted by historians such as
Timothy Brook, but their virulence amid the world’s most populous state is important to
recognize when considering the backdrop to the fall of the Ming Dynasty. Contemporary
sources also often blame either the central government or rapacious local officials for
exacerbating the situation by refusing to remit taxes. As the young shoots died in the fields
after months without rain, we are told that the weak simply starved to death while the strong
took to banditry. Others sought refuge in sectarian teachings such as those of heterodox White
Lotus Society, which had persisted underground despite the suppression of a major rebellion of
its adherents in Shandong in 1622. In addition to the widespread famine, flooding, and
desperation over inability to pay taxes, cutbacks in the Ming postal service which employed
large numbers of young men in the northwest and anger over the states’ laxity in delivering
military salaries and rations eventually coalesced into the movements that became the peasant
rebellions that eventually destroyed the Ming Dynasty.’

According to the author of this document, what was written in The Military Collapse of China’s
Ming also backs up Maunder Minimum and its relation to peasant rebellions and fall of the
Ming Dynasty by Sultan Hameed and Gaofa Gong that the drought from 1628 to 1644
eventually led to famine, widespread reports of cannibalism and collapse of order within
society and military which eventually led to peasant rebellions which collapsed the Ming
Dynasty in 1644. [2]

3. Why China can become aggressive during this Grand Solar Minimum

In this section, we will discuss why China can become aggressive during the incoming Grand
Solar Minimum. At the moment, the Russian and Chinese Climate Scientists which include
Habibullo Ismailovich Abdussamatov who is the head of the Space research laboratory at the
Saint Petersburg based Pulkovo Observatory have warned that the Modern Maximum which
began in 1850 is about to end and a new little ice age is about to begin. This has also been
backed up by scientists in the West including John L. Casey who formerly worked for NASA and
is the author of the books Cold Winter, Dark Sun and most recent Upheaval and is no longer
involved due to a stroke, Piers Corbyn brother of Former UK Labour Party Leader Jeremy
Corbyn, Valentina Zharkova and etc.

China has shown signs of aggression even before the Grand Solar Minimum was known to the
general public. Around 2017, China began purchasing vast amounts of agricultural land in
Australia including cattle ranches. [3] China has also been buying Agricultural land in the
continent of Africa [4].

It is possible that China will become aggressive when because China’s agriculture industry is
mostly based in Northern China, China’s wheat and grain zone is currently in northern China
which happens to be Heilongjiang which is formerly part of Manchuria which happens to be the
home of the Manchu people. According to climate scientists from Russia including Habibullo
Ismailovich Abdussamatov and Chinese climate scientists, during the incoming Grand Solar
Minimum, Northern China’s agriculture could suffer from drought and cold temperatures or the
crops itself simply won’t grow.

If the same events from 1629-1644 which coincided with the fall of the Ming Dynasty repeats
again, China could eventually go through famines, pandemics and societal disorder/collapse
with famines, pandemics and societal disorder taking place due to drought from the Grand
Solar Minimum, people will simply rebel and hence this will mean the end of the Chinese
Communist Party leadership and hence why China could potentially become aggressive and
invade other countries over food in order to feed its own people. Potential countries that could
be invaded for food production could include US which will be taken by China and Alaska will be
given to the Russians, Canada will be split between China and Russia and Australia will be taken
by China for food production during the Grand Solar Minimum. The African continent is also at
risk of being invaded by China because some of the countries in the African continent will be
able to produce food during the Grand Solar Minimum. China has also recently expanded to
Argentina in the Pampas Farm Belt which is a grain producing region. [5]

4. Conclusion

4.1 The Ming Dynasty which collapsed in 1644 started with drought around 1628 or 1629 and
ran for at least 15 years. The process of collapse in China started with drought which eventually
led to famines, pandemics and rebellions which ultimately caused the collapse of the Ming
Dynasty and led to the temporary rise of Li Zicheng also known as the ‘Dashing King’ and the
Qing Dynasty.

4.2 The Russian and Chinese Climate Scientists including Habibullo Ismailovich Abdussamatov
do not believe in Global Warming and on the contrary they believe we are at the end of what is
known as the Modern Maximum and a new little ice age is about to start. Climate scientists
from the West including John L. Casey, Piers Corbyn, Valentina Zharkova and Theodor
Landscheidt (Deceased) have also warned the Modern Maximum is about to end.

4.3 The Communist Chinese have begun preparations for the Modern Grand Solar Minimum by
buying up agricultural land in the African continent and at the same time invested in
infrastructure as during the Grand Solar Minimum, the African continent will be the new region
for agriculture during the Grand Solar Minimum along with Central America. The Communist
Chinese have also been buying agricultural land in Australia and other parts of the world.

4.4 During the Grand Solar Minimum, Northern China where the agriculture production for
China is located will become offline due to the cold temperatures and shift of the agriculture
zones south towards the Equator.

4.5 During the Grand Solar Minimum, China can potentially aggressive and invade other
countries in order to supply itself with food, potential targets include US but Alaska will go to
the Russians, Canada will be split between Russia and China and Australia.
